What We're Looking For - Qualifications and Skills: A high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries. Operations experience in a leadership capacity. What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards. Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth by demonstrating knowledge of and training on systems, Company standards, account management, recovery (collections), job duties, and performance reports.
