Mike was one of the original co-founders of the business, joining his brother Aaron at Borrego Solar in 2002. In 2009 he transitioned into the role of CEO, after leading the company’s sales and marketing organization for 7 years. Today Mike focuses on continuing to develop the high performing and engaging culture that has allowed Borrego to be successful over the last two decades. Pros of working at LaForce

Very family oriented business. If it is possible for a company to care and be willing to invest longer term in an employee this company will do just that

On the service side, long hours. A plus would be overtime.

What do you like best about LaForce's CEO and the leadership team?

Very knowledgeable regarding the industry. Willing to sent employees for certifications wherever in the country that will provide the best continuing education.

How would you improve LaForce's culture?

More diversity. Admittedly a little difficult in Green Bay WI

How did you prepare for the LaForce interview?

My experience was all I needed to prepare. Studied the background of the management team that would be involved in the hiring process and the board.

How does your compensation at LaForce compare to the industry average?

Above average, only because I was in the union.

What's the diversity at LaForce like?

Not very diverse but right in line with the population distributions in each state i traveled to.

What brings you the most joy at LaForce?

My fellow coworkers and having the opportunity to do the job the correct way not necessarily the fastest way.
