Manage the Front Desk, Studio team, Recovery staff, and Janitorial departments Greet, welcome, and assist members in using the facility Arrange and manage scheduling for operations staff Assist in all aspects of running a clean and profitable club through team by working with all managers and team members to accomplish this Must be willing to learn the art of selling fitness and studio classes Ensure that your team can communicate studio concepts Passionate about community outreach and help the studio director in planning in studio events Collaborate with other club departments daily to ensure alignment across functions Generate new clients and encourage the team to do the same Eager to continue to learn about management skills development. Job Summary The Rooms Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of member/guest rooms and club hotel facilities. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service to meet the expectations of members, guests, and management by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and ensuring a welcoming, comfortable environment for all guests. Reporting Structure • Reports to the Manager Rooms Day to Day Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning bathrooms. Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens. Ensure all guest room appliances (TVs, phones, lights, etc.) are functioning properly. Respond to any special requests for additional items or services in a timely manner. Dust and wipe down furniture, shelves, chair arms, desks, credenzas, chandeliers, pictures, televisions, woodwork, and artwork, including all ceiling HVAC registers. Ensure that fresh linens are placed in guest rooms and dirty ones are removed promptly. Uphold the hotel's cleanliness standards and safety protocols, ensuring corridors, stairwells, and common areas are well-maintained. Report any maintenance or safety issues (such as leaks, damaged furniture, etc.) to the Rooms Manager or Maintenance Department promptly. Communicate and coordinate with supervisors to prioritize, document, and complete work requests from department heads, members, and guests.
