**Contingent Upon Contract Award:** Located on site at Vance AFB, OK, the Program Manager (PM) directs all phases of the program from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program. Participates in the negotiation of contracts and contract changes including Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA). The Vance AFB mission is to train newly commissioned Air Force officers in Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training (SUPT) utilizing a fleet of approximately 160 T-6 and T-38 aircraft. The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of aircraft maintenance including the daily flying schedule, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, Quality Assurance, and all back shop support. The Program Manager works closely with leadership from subcontracted functions and other base contractors to ensure all contractual requirements and performance metrics are achieved. The airfield is normally open for flying operations from 0700 to 2000 local Monday through Friday and on Sundays from 1300-1700 local. Normal Maintenance Management Staff offices are from 0730-1630 local or as required to meet mission and contractual requirements.
**Job responsibilities:**
- Serves as the primary liaison with government representatives to coordinate all Program actions.
- Ensure compliance with the Site Performance Work Statement (PWS) and other contractual requirements.
- Be responsive 24/7 (or deputy program manager) to meet with government personnel on the installation within one (1) hour of notification including after normal duty hours.
- Oversee and ensure subcontractor performance adheres to the PWS and meets contractual performance metrics

About Aviation Electronics, Electrical, and Computer Systems Technicians (AV) work with some of the most advanced aircraft systems in the world. They repair and maintain electrical and electronic systems ranging from radar and communications to navigation and weapon systems. AV Sailors may also volunteer as Naval Aircrewmen, performing in-flight duties and operating radar and weapon systems.
Responsibilities
Depending on your rating (AE or AT), you may:
Troubleshoot and repair complex aircraft systems, including digital computers, fiber optics, infrared detection, radar, and laser electronics.
Maintain electrical power generation and distribution systems.
Test and calibrate aircraft instruments and automatic flight controls.
Perform micro-miniature module repair on circuit cards.
Install modifications to aircraft electronics systems.
Operate diagnostic equipment and read electrical diagrams.
Work Environment
AV technicians serve at sea and ashore worldwide. Work may be performed in hangars, onboard aircraft carriers, in labs, or outdoors on flight lines. Youll work closely with other technicians, often with minimal supervision, in both technical and operational settings.
Training & Advancement
Class A Technical School Pensacola, FL (1826 weeks) Covers aviation theory, electrical systems, electronics theory, and technical skills. After training, Sailors are assigned to AE or AT
ratings and may serve at naval air stations, squadrons, or aboard carriers. Advanced training is available for specific aircraft and systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
The Floor Hand reports to their assigned Work-over Rig Supervisor.
Assists the operator in rigging up and down, lining up the well service rig with the well.
Sets hydraulic jacks, handles pads/boards, and assists in attaching the guy wires to the anchor.
Operates rod wrenches, tongs, elevators and other associated rig tools and equipment during well servicing operations.
Assists in picking up or laying down tubing, manually lifting the tubing from the rack onto the
work floor or vice versa.

Dismantles and repairs oil field machinery using hand tools and power tools.
Cleans up spills.

Ability to climb ladders and stairs.
