The Transportation Operations Intern will plan, coordinate, and execute daily transportation operations across IMG Academy. This internship provides hands-on experience in managing the logistics of student-athlete, guest, and staff transportation while learning the operational standards of a world-class sports academy.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide and support a safe, efficient, and professional transportation experience for all passengers and guests.
Become familiar with transportation operations by rotating through key areas including dispatch, logistics planning, vehicle maintenance coordination, and customer service.
Shadow program with department mentors to learn day-to-day responsibilities, safety standards, scheduling systems, and operational procedures.
Assist in coordinating airport transfers, campus shuttles, and event transportation schedules.
Support data tracking and reporting on vehicle usage, fuel management, and operational efficiency.
Participate in business reviews to understand transportation industry best practices and their application to a large-scale sports academy.
Assist in line-level functions such as dispatch support, route planning, and driver communication to ensure smooth daily operations.
Collaborate with other departments-including Athletics, Hotel Operations, and Campus Services-to ensure seamless coordination of transportation needs.
Adhere to all IMG Academy and company policies, safety standards, and operational protocols.
Other duties as assigned.

The Game Day Internship Program is designed for college students to explore careers in the sport industry while getting hands-on experience working with one of the most successful teams in Minor League Baseball. The IronPig's GDI Program will expose students to numerous game day roles and will allow students to learn from and work alongside IronPigs Front Office Staff members. By experiencing multiple departments, the GDI Program is designed to assist students in choosing which specific direction they are interested in.
Timeline:
The GDI program will begin at the end of March and will conclude in September. Interns are expected to be present for all IronPigs' games they are scheduled for. Although interns will not be scheduled to work 100% of the games, we are looking for qualified candidates that have open availability. We acknowledge that most colleges and universities do not end the school semester until May. The GDI Program is able to work with individuals that are still attending classes at that time.
Hours:
Game day report time is approximately 2.5 hours prior to first pitch (4:30PM for a standard 7:05PM game). GDI's will be dismissed shortly after the game ends when all responsibilities are finished.
College Credit/Compensation:
$40 per game - no housing provided
Game Day Interns are able to earn college credit.
Experience Includes:
Assist in general game day setup including; giveaways, programs and sponsor tables
Handle customer service inquires at front desk and fan services
Assist promo crew with on-field entertainment and escorting mascots
Manage food & beverage stands
Assist the catering department with suites and hospitality areas
Sell IronPigs tickets and resolve ticketing issues
Sell IronPigs merchandise throughout ballpark
Assist promo crew in handing out giveaways, exit distributions
Opportunity to volunteer for special projects (Baseball camps, ballpark events, etc.)

General Description JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION OFFICER TRAINEE (911 OPERATOR)! Under close supervision, trainees will learn to answer non-emergency and 911 emergency requests to assist public and staff with emergency and non-emergency public safety assistance. Perform communications work involving the processing of Enhanced 9-1-1 calls (wireless and ten digit) and dispatching of fire, emergency medical services (EMS), and law enforcement agencies. Accurate and rapid processing of routine and emergency calls, which requires following prescribed standard operating procedures. Transferring callers to other emergency response agencies such as law enforcement following prescribed procedures. Duties require the ability to quickly determine the nature of the emergency from information provided by emergency personnel or the public and initiate appropriate action. May be assigned to a shift other than the one that training was received on when released and will likely be assigned to night shift at first. Applicants must be available to work any shift, holidays, weekends, and overtime as required.

Minimum Requirements
PHYSICAL SKILLS: Ability to sit at a console for extended periods of time. Ability to communicate effectively using verbal, written and visual communication. Good vision without color blindness, and excellent hearing skills required.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:Graduation from high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma.One (1) year of experience working in a fast paced, high call volume commercial or government public safety dispatching/call-taking facility is preferred.

Role Mission:

What You'll Do - Accountabilities
Essential Duties:
Review IEPs and ensure 100% implementation of extensive knowledge and provide top quality speech therapy services.
Create IEPs aligned to instruction with the collaboration of parents, general educators, special educators, and interventionists.
Monitor students' therapy and academic progress throughout the year in order to update goals and request additional testing when deemed necessary.
Ensure 100% compliance with ARDs by reviewing Special Education Student Rosters for Annual ARDs and Re-Evaluations due dates on a weekly basis.
Schedule Annual ARDs and Re-Evaluation ARDs prior to due date to ensure 100% compliance.
Facilitate ARDs and prepare ARD documents in accordance with students' progress, archive ARD documents, and submit signature pages within specified timely to Manager.
For dual ARDs, schedule Annual ARDs and Re-Evaluation ARDs prior to due date with Diagnostician, Licensed Specialist School Psychology, and/or Occupational Therapist to ensure 100% compliance.
For dual ARDs, participate in ARDs and update IEPs, Present Levels of Academic Achievement and Functional Performance, and schedule of service in accordance with students' progress.
Ensure 100% compliance by completing Speech and Language Initials and Re-Evaluations prior to due date as per Texas Education Agency (TEA) timeframe.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge in the appropriate selection of assessment tools, conducting assessments, interpreting, and identifying students with communication disorders and determine eligibility for services according to IDEA Public Schools Policies and Procedures, TEA Guidelines, and Licensing Boards.
For qualifying students, develop appropriate speech IEPs aligned to instruction and schedule of service in accordance to the students' academic needs.
Maintain Therapy Notes, Tracking Logs, ARD Logs, and Evaluation Logs on a daily basis and review with the Manager on a weekly basis.
Submit Therapy Logs on a Quarterly Basis to their Manager.
Maintain SHARS (Medicaid) records and submit SHARS billing on a monthly basis.
Ensure and monitor students' progress in order to complete progress reports on a quarterly basis.
Participate in Annual Performance with their Manager and submit documentation.
Communicate a shared vision and shared responsibility to establish and promote efficient implementation of RTI at the school-level throughout the various TIERs.
Support the RTI Team in providing recommendations for the implementation of speech interventions with high levels of fidelity.
Conduct formal assessments, planning, and scheduling of ARDs alongside the Diagnostician, Licensed Specialist in School Psychology, and/or Occupational Therapist in order to report evaluation results within TEA timeframe to the ARD Committee.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates for this internship should be full-time students (at least sophomore, junior,) pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Robotics, Engineering program of study. Candidates should have classroom or team project experience in software development, with interest or exposure to AI/ML concepts.
Desired qualifications include:

The Software Engineering Intern (AI/ML emphasis) will collaborate with engineers and peer interns to support research, experimentation, and software development. Specific responsibilities include:

Role Mission:
The Speech Language Pathologist Intern (SLP Intern) is a key member of the Special Programs team and partners with regional instructional leaders, campus leaders, and teachers to maximize student outcomes. As the SLP Intern, you will be responsible for setting ambitious goals for IDEA student achievement and investing students and families in accomplishing them. You will create a powerful learning environment and plan and deliver purposeful therapy in order to close gaps in communication and academic skills. You will assess for the presence of communication disorders, track student progress towards team goals, and analyze data to intervene and adjust therapy, seeking excellence as an educator and IDEA team member.
The SLP Intern reports directly to the regional Lead SLP along with an assigned SLP mentor. This role involves some minor travel between assigned campuses.
Location:
This is a full-time on-site position located in Tampa Bay. Preference will be given to candidates who live in the region, or who are willing to relocate.
What You'll Do - Accountabilities
Essential Duties:
Review IEPs and ensure 100% implementation of extensive knowledge and provide top quality speech therapy services.
Create IEPs aligned to instruction with the collaboration of parents, general educators, special educators, and interventionists.
Monitor students' therapy and academic progress throughout the year in order to update goals and request additional testing when deemed necessary.
Ensure 100% compliance with ARDs by reviewing Special Education Student Rosters for Annual ARDs and Re-Evaluations due dates on a weekly basis.
Schedule Annual ARDs and Re-Evaluation ARDs prior to due date to ensure 100% compliance.
Facilitate ARDs and prepare ARD documents in accordance with students' progress, archive ARD documents, and submit signature pages within specified timely to Manager.
For dual ARDs, schedule Annual ARDs and Re-Evaluation ARDs prior to due date with Diagnostician, Licensed Specialist School Psychology, and/or Occupational Therapist to ensure 100% compliance.
For dual ARDs, participate in ARDs and update IEPs, Present Levels of Academic Achievement and Functional Performance, and schedule of service in accordance with students' progress.
Ensure 100% compliance by completing Speech and Language Initials and Re-Evaluations prior to due date as per Texas Education Agency (TEA) timeframe.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge in the appropriate selection of assessment tools, conducting assessments, interpreting, and identifying students with communication disorders and determine eligibility for services according to IDEA Public Schools Policies and Procedures, TEA Guidelines, and Licensing Boards.
For qualifying students, develop appropriate speech IEPs aligned to instruction and schedule of service in accordance to the students' academic needs.
Maintain Therapy Notes, Tracking Logs, ARD Logs, and Evaluation Logs on a daily basis and review with the Manager on a weekly basis.
Submit Therapy Logs on a Quarterly Basis to their Manager.
Maintain SHARS (Medicaid) records and submit SHARS billing on a monthly basis.
Ensure and monitor students' progress in order to complete progress reports on a quarterly basis.
Participate in Annual Performance with their Manager and submit documentation.
Communicate a shared vision and shared responsibility to establish and promote efficient implementation of RTI at the school-level throughout the various TIERs.
Support the RTI Team in providing recommendations for the implementation of speech interventions with high levels of fidelity.
Conduct formal assessments, planning, and scheduling of ARDs alongside the Diagnostician, Licensed Specialist in School Psychology, and/or Occupational Therapist in order to report evaluation results within TEA timeframe to the ARD Committee.

Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to use the accepted tests and measurements to assess communication disorders.
Knowledge of evaluation, habilitation, and rehabilitation of communication disorders.
Ability to manage student behaviors and provide recommendations to general educators, special educators, interventionists, and parents.
Excellent presentation, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Required experience:
Master's degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited college or university (obtained prior to first day of work)
Proof of eligibility as a SLP Intern provided by university program
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time without being able to leave the work area.
Must be able to climb ladders or scaffolding, or climb and work in overhead areas
Must be able to work in a confined space or to crawl or move about on hands and knees.
Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 20 pounds (regularly/occasionally)
Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, running and climbing stairs.
Must be able to lift and carry small children up to 40 pounds in case of emergency.
Must be able to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including in times of excessive heat or cold
