Summary:
The Business Unit Director will lead and provide support to their designated region while working collaboratively across departments. The primary responsibility of this position is the delivery and achievement of specific KPIs such as strategy, profitability, operational effectiveness, team leadership, and business development. These responsibilities may vary based on the specific organizational structure, size of the business unit, and regional dynamics within the construction industry. Education, Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in a related field required
10+ years of Leadership experience, preferably within the construction industry required
Experience in project management, estimating and field supervision preferred
Previous experience in self-perform trades is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with Procore
High attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to multi-task
Travel:
Travel may be required for visiting job sites as well as other office locations. The anticipated travel amount for this role is under 30%.

Operations
Under the supervision by the pharmacist, assist in the practice of pharmacy, in accordance with state, federal, and company policy. Reviews and complies with the Walgreen Co. Pharmacy Code of Conduct.
Performs duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist and Store Manager including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, ensuring information is entered correctly, filling prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring pharmaceutical drugs, verifying medicine is correct, and checking for possible interactions. Assists pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow.
Reports, immediately, prescription errors to pharmacist on duty and adheres to Company policies and procedures in relation to pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program.
Strictly adheres to the Walgreen Co. policy regarding Good Faith Dispensing during all applicable prescription dispensing activities.
Responsible and accountable for registering all related sales on assigned cash register, collects and handles cash as required. Takes customer to OTC aisle when possible to assist in locating products.
Handles telephone calls that do not require personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians.
Processes (corrects and resubmits) manual claims for third party program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner, and performs other clerical duties, as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager.
Assists and supports Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, such as, ordering, unpacking, checking and storing shipment of pharmaceuticals. Maintains knowledge of Company asset protection techniques, and files claims for warehouse overages (merchandise received, but not billed), shortages (merchandise billed, but not received), order errors or damaged goods involving Rx drugs.
May assist pharmacist in administering clinical services including the collection and proper labeling of blood/urine samples from patients and other clinical services as required; assists pharmacy staff in coordination of clinical services, Walgreens healthcare clinics and external providers.
Assists Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist in developing and maintaining good relationships with the local medical community, including physicians, nurses, and other health care providers, by medical provider detailing and outreach to health groups, retirement homes, nursing homes, and other forums for enhancing growth opportunities.
Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring the Pharmacy Department is stocked with adequate supplies, clean, neat and orderly in condition and appearance.
Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
Training & Personal Development
Earns and maintains PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration. Otherwise, earns PTCB certification as condition of promotion to senior technician.
Attends training requested by Manager and acquires continuing education credits. Maintains knowledge and skill in healthcare and pharmacy, including latest news and developments.
Basic Qualifications
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.
Prefer good math skills so they can fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring and weighing medications.
Prefer good computer skills.

The Associate Specialist, Validation will support Biovire by performing facility, utility and equipment qualification activities as per company test protocols to ensure that these systems meet all requirements to support the manufacture of commercial pharmaceutical products. This role provides tremendous Engineering & Quality experience for anyone who wants to build a career in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support implementation of facility modifications, new utilities and new equipment by executing test protocols to ensure the systems are installed, operational and performing correctly.
This includes safety testing, utility requirements, functionality testing, determination of operating ranges of critical process parameters, user access & control, establishing Preventative Maintenance plans, spare parts lists, calibrations, alarm response, etc.
Author risk assessments to determine how much qualification testing is required on new systems.
Summarize the capabilities of GMP systems controlled by a computer, to ensure that any system that generates data meets regulatory requirements.
Perform periodic assessments of GMP systems to ensure that previous validation activities are updated to capture new regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the end user departments to ensure user requirements are captured prior to executing test protocols.
Must be someone with a "can do" attitude, eager to make a difference.
Strong understanding & comprehension of English is required, as most work activities require significant documentation that must meet stringent regulatory requirements.'
Must be willing to work "hands on" with equipment.

The Position
Applicants for this position should be currently enrolled in an Environment Health and Safety Bachelors degree program. Related degrees will be considered.
This position will give someone with interest in the construction industry an opportunity to gain hands-on experience both in the office and the field. The Health & Safety Intern works closely with the Safety Department and Operations teams to ensure the safe completion of our bridge construction projects all over Michigan. Health & Safety Interns will:
