shop Disney is the global direct-to-consumer e-commerce retailer for The Walt Disney Company (TWDC), connecting audiences across the globe with exclusive, high-quality merchandise from Disney Parks, Disney+, and nearly 100 years of content and storytelling. We are looking for someone to manage global development of brand and retail marketing strategies, marketing campaigns, audience growth plans, and customer experience strategies to maximize growth across TWDC's vertical retail channels.
This is the opportunity to be a part of a significant marketing evolution and brand transformation, positioning shop Disney for the future including broadening the consumer base and growing audiences to new heights. You will partner with the Director of Marketing and several partners including Customer Experience, PR, Technology, Product Development, Creative, and Analytics to shape growth strategies, determine priorities, develop campaigns and ensure marketing achieves goals across the business.
Lead teams on brand development, messaging strategy go-to-market strategy to position shop Disney for the future
Manage the development of outstanding holistic marketing strategies and integrated marketing campaigns across important franchises, seasonal plans and product launches with a focus on acquisition and retention
Orchestrate important consumer journeys across web, mobile and app in partnership with shop Disney and TWDC partners
Develop 365 consumer strategies inclusive of the competitive landscape, consumer research, psychographics, social and consumer trends, and TWDC content planning all with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion
Identify marketing and consumer opportunities based on guest demographics, specific markets, guest segments and target audiences to achieve growth goal
Develop acquisition plans to attract a wider audience to all markets and meet revenue targets
Articulate and integrate deep market
