office and manages a team of experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments in Account Management.

We will count on you to:
Inform, educate, and make recommendations to clients, carrier representatives, and underwriters; Develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads as appropriate and in accordance with standard practices, policies, and procedures
Train, mentor and oversee performance management for a medium to large sized group, coordinates workload of team members and ensures team is appropriately staffed to meet client needs.
Use substantial risk experience to perform critical client functions, including: evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials; developing solutions; articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to client across product lines. Retains business and collaborates with other Account Management colleagues on generating new business.
Implement growth and retention strategy and works to meet sales goals.
Drive relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth
Serves as a client contact and responds to complex client needs and questions to improve the client experience.
Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of changing market condition and understands and complies with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.
Leading team of Account Managers to serve large Personal Lines Book of Business
What you need to have:
High school diploma or equivalent plus current and valid 2-20 Florida insurance license
At least 10 years of experience in personal lines industry, including thorough knowledge of personal lines products
5-7 years of Operations Managerial Experience
