About the position:
The primary functions of the Behavioral Health Registered Nurse are to provide psychiatric evaluation and therapy to home bound patients. Coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency; the BHRN also assumes the responsibility for coordination of care.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.

Provide athletes with instruction that leads to the formulation of moral values, pride of accomplishments, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline and self-confidence.
Performance Duties:
Have a thorough knowledge of all athletic policies approved by the South Central Calhoun Board of Education and be responsible for their implementation by the entire staff of the sports program.
Provide training rules and any other unique regulations of the sport to each participant.
Determine that each participant has read and understands the guidelines set forth in the Good Conduct Eligibility Policy. Verify with the respective principal's office that each participant has on file a signed consent form from the Good Conduct Policy prior to the first practice of the season.
Develop fundamental skills of the respective sport.
Develop strong team strategies.
Work to develop individual potential for all team members, e.g. citizenship, character.
Monitor student athlete's grades and conduct.
Implement procedures concerning injuries, medical attention and emergencies.
Notify parents and complete paperwork on athletic injuries on proper forms and submit reports to the activities director within forty-eight hours of the injury or accident.
Direct student managers, assistants and statisticians.
Determine discipline; delineate procedures concerning due process when the enforcement of discipline is necessary and contact parents when a student is dismissed.
Assist athletes in their college or advanced educational selections, as needed.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Executive Director is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) who directs the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term care facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be always provided to our residents. Monitor Human Resources to ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and to ensure practices maintain high morale and staff retention, including effective communication, prompt problem resolution, and a proactive work environment.
Develop positive relationships on behalf of the company with government regulators, residents, tenants, families, area healthcare providers, physicians, and the community.
Manage facility budgets and business practices to include labor costs, payables, and receivables.
Ensure a marketing strategy for the facility is developed and implemented that reflects service opportunities, completion, potential market area changes, and maximizes census, payer mix, and ancillary revenues.

Examples of typical job duties may include:
Perform general wildlife management activities including: Wetland management, prairie management, native prairie seeding, food plot development, edge feathering, tree/brush removal, spraying, disking, mowing, etc. using large farm machinery, chainsaws, and other hand tools.
Prescribed fire implementation for ecological purposes. This duty will require fire-line construction, fire-line holding, and mop-up activities. General area maintenance involving mowing, sign posting, fence building, fence removal, tree/brush control, noxious weed control etc. These activities require the ability to use simple power equipment; drills, saws, hand tools, chain saws, trimmers, small mowers etc.
Special assignments may require some overnight travel as part of a crew, to accomplish large scale fence removal, fence building or tree removal projects outside of the assigned unit counties.
