This position requires schedule flexibility since work will be assigned in the morning based on operational needs and your availability.

Ensure that a transportation strategy is in effect for the site - utilizing vehicles and drivers with efficiency, and that vehicle safety protocols and program are being followed by all site employees and other assets are maintained and in good working order.
Consistently and effectively communicate the company objectives to management team through organized and scheduled meetings.
Build a professional relationship with resort management and other key members of the resort staff and maintain frequent communication with resort team.
Develop a customer first culture and display professional behavior to MasterCorp clients and client owners and guests.
Be willing and able to perform duties of Executive Housekeeper as needed.
Experience and Education Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Configuration Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling the configuration of our products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring that all design, engineering, and manufacturing changes are properly documented, reviewed, and approved. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity and compliance of our aerospace fasteners and supporting our commitment to quality and reliability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage the configuration control process for all aerospace fastener products. This includes overseeing the creation, revision, and approval of engineering drawings, specifications, and related documentation.
* Maintain and update configuration management records, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, current, and compliant with industry standards and customer requirements.
* Collaborates with Change Management group to ensure strategic alignment and consistent tactical support, including facilitating and coordinating the Change Control Board (CCB) meetings.
* Review, evaluate, and approve proposed changes to product configurations, ensuring that changes are implemented effectively and efficiently.
* Ensure that all configuration management processes comply with relevant aerospace industry standards, such as AS9100, and government regulations.
* Conduct internal audits and configuration reviews to verify compliance with configuration management procedures and standards, support external audits as required.
* Provide training and support to engineering, manufacturing, and other departments on configuration management practices and tools. Serve as a point of contact for configuration-related inquiries.
* Generate and analyze reports related to configuration management activities, including change requests, configuration status, and audit findings.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of configuration management processes.
* Report immediately all suspicious and hazardous conditions to a supervisor.
* Understand and observe all safety guidelines and assure quality and safety by complying with all appropriate Click Bond policies and procedures.
* Assist in maintaining clean, orderly, and hazard-free work areas.
* Able to work with minimal supervision, be a self-starter and be detail oriented.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
* Prior Configuration Management experience
* Strong understanding of configuration management principles, processes, and tools.
* Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Proficiency with configuration management software and tools. Experience with ERP and PLM systems is desirable.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex configuration issues and implement effective solutions.
* Ability to write and read English.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, aerospace, manufacturing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in configuration management within the aerospace. Previous role as a Configuration Manager preferred.

This role follows the hospital's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, safety, and the well-being of both animals and staff. The assistant is responsible for a wide range of duties, from animal care and cleaning to supporting medical procedures and client communications.
Key Responsibilities
Animal Care & Handling
Safely restrain and handle dogs and cats during exams, treatments, and procedures, using low-stress and humane techniques as outlined in the SOPs.
Monitor animal health and behavior, immediately reporting any signs of illness, injury, or distress to the veterinarian on duty.
Feed, water, and exercise animals according to individualized instructions, including administering medications as directed and monitoring for successful ingestion.
Maintain accurate records of animal intake, feeding, medication, and health status in AviMark, the hospitals data management system.
Sanitation & Disease Control
Clean and disinfect animal cabins, play yards, exam rooms, and all hospital areas according to established protocols to prevent disease transmission (including proper use of PPE and hand hygiene).
Collect and dispose of animal waste promptly; perform regular poop scooping and yard cleaning throughout the day.
Wash and sanitize dishes, laundry, and equipment, strictly separating human and animal items.
Medical & Technical Support
Assist veterinarians and technicians with exams, treatments, surgeries, and diagnostic procedures, including animal restraint, preparing surgical areas, and monitoring anesthesia under supervision.
Prepare and run laboratory tests (bloodwork, urinalysis, fecal tests) with appropriate sample handling and machine operation, following all safety and documentation protocols.
Fill medications and vaccines as directed, double-checking dosages and labels, and ensuring proper recordkeeping and client communication.
Client Service & Communication
Greet clients and patients, assist with check-in and weigh-ins, and gather relevant medical histories.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to emails in a professional, courteous manner, following hospital telephone and confidentiality protocols.
Document all client communications and medical updates in the patients chart.
Facility Operations
Complete daily, weekly, and end-of-day cleaning and organizational tasks as assigned (including laundry, trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies)
