Before joining McKinsey, Mr. Brickman was President and CEO of Whitlock Packaging, the largest non-carbonated beverage co-packing company in the United States, from 1998 to 2001. From 1994 to 1998, he was with Guinness/United Distillers, initially as Vice President of Strategic Planning for the Americas region and then as General Manager for Guinness Brewing Worldwide’s Latin America region. Mr. Brickman was awarded an advanced bachelor’s degree in economics in 1986 from Occidental College in Los Angeles where he graduated with honors, Phi Beta Kappa and cum laude.
