From 2006-2020 Mr. Palmby served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Prior to that, he served as President of the Vegetable Division of the Company from 2005 to 2006 and Vice President of Operations of the Company from 1999-2004. One of the things that Lavin is most proud of his career was that he was able to help raise three children with his wife and give back to the community while growing his company.
