Spreads salt and ice melt on affected areas before and after snowfall. * Responsible assuring that the licensed comply with federal and state regulations and Life Safety Codes for Skilled Nursing/Assisted Living. * Maintains after-hours and on-call response/availability as assigned. Remains free of the influence of alcohol and/or illegal drugs per the Drug and Alcohol policy (Section A-2 of the employee handbook) during assigned on-call periods. * Develops and maintains a good working rapport with inter-department personnel, other departments within the facility, and off-campus contacts to ensure that departmental programs can be properly maintained to meet the needs of the facility and residents. * Ensures that Residents' Rights to fair and equitable treatment, self-determination, individuality, privacy, property, and civil rights, including the right to express grievances are followed. * Maintains all areas of responsibilities in a neat, clean and orderly way. * Adheres to all safety regulations and requirements. * Completes trainings as required by policy. * Supportive of Lakeview Village's vision, mission, and values. * Performs other duties as assigned.
