Starting pay is dependent upon the selected candidate's relevant qualifications, experience, and internal equity: $25.36 - $28.85 per hour ($52,750 - $60,000 annually)

Works independently to perform administrative review of complex research requests (55%)

* Ensures compliance with CMS data release policies and federal regulations by communicating CMS Privacy Board and data privacy and security requirements to researchers

Principle Responsibilities
Interacts with members by phone and email.
Responds to non-members inquiring about Handiham Program Membership.
Supports Handiham Program members with Amateur Radio equipment accessibility for those with disabilities, including people who are visually impaired.
Supports students studying for license exams and Morse code with minimum monthly follow up communications (phone/email). Report student progress to Handiham Program Coordinator.
Participates in weekly Handiham Program staff meeting.
Promotes the Handiham Program by attending virtual and in-person ham radio events, appearing as a guest on podcasts, and helping with the booth at hamfests - including Dayton Hamvention (staffing booth).
Assists Handiham Program coordinator with radio camp preparation - yearly attendance required to help manage camp activities including on-site preparation, tear-down, and preparing equipment for the next year.

Quantitative Methods in Education
The quantitative methods in education (QME) track offers training in measurement, evaluation, statistics, and statistics education leading to the M.A. and Ph.D. degrees. QME provides students with broad but rigorous methodological skills so graduates can conduct research on methodologies, help to train others in methodology, or conduct research in related fields. The QME track is affiliated with the psychological foundations of education track within the department of educational psychology.
School Psychology
The school psychology program is designed to prepare school psychologists who have a strong and broad-based knowledge of psychology, educational psychology, and child development, and are prepared to apply that knowledge to school settings. It is accredited on probation by the American Psychological Association (APA) and approved by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP).
Special Education
The goal of the programs in Special Education is to advance opportunities for learning and development of infants, children and adults who require specialized instruction, educational adaptations and support for their learning efforts to succeed. Proposal Development 85%
* Lead the end-to-end management of complex research proposal development and submission processes, from initial planning through final submission.
* Oversee proposal task coordination across internal teams and external partners, identify deliverables, establish proposal development roadmaps and timelines, coordinate and plan meetings with research teams, and meet proposal submission deadlines.
* Drive team communications throughout proposal development to ensure effective collaboration and timely submissions.

The position is responsible for the acquisition, management, tracking and distribution of human tissue samples to collaborating University of Minnesota laboratories. The Clinical Research Coordinator will work across multiple study protocols, supporting various divisions in the Departments served (Department of Surgery and Department of Radiology). This position primarily supports projects within the Department Surgery. Projects include observational, data-driven outcomes research, as well as interventional research projects.

1. Patient Screening, Recruitment, and Consent- 20%

4. Communication and Training- 15%

employees)
* Write routine correspondence for research projects including letters, memos, and instructional study forms

The Project Manager for the University of Minnesota Critical Disability Studies Initiative (CDSI) manages a three-year project funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation to establish an intersectional and transnational critical disability studies curricular program at the University of Minnesota. The position serves as the administrative lead for CDSI, acting as the liaison between CDSI and its University partners, the Mellon Foundation, and the broader community. It oversees cross-unit collaborations, implements annual programming, and manages budgets and reporting for the Mellon grant, as well as any additional external or internal grants.
The Project Manager reports to the Principal Investigator/Faculty Director (Dr. Jessica Horvath Williams) and works with the whole CDSI leadership team to develop a Critical Disability Studies program (UMN-CDS). The Project Manager will support the CDSI team in implementing faculty fellowships to develop cross-college critical disability studies courses, organizing and submitting materials for program status, and managing the timeline to complete a graduate certificate and an undergraduate major in CDS within the three-year grant period. The position will collaborate with the Department of English and the Center for Race, Indigeneity, Disability, Gender, and Sexuality Studies (RIDGS) to meet the requirements for undergraduate and graduate programs, respectively, in accordance with UMN policies.
The Project Manager serves as a liaison between CDSI and the Twin Cities and Minnesota disability communities, working closely with the leadership team to create focus groups for curricular development, organize events in collaboration with community partners, and manage funding support as outlined in the UMN-CDS Mellon initiative. The person in this position will also work closely with the PI and leadership team to develop and implement CDS community-engaged research and scholarship, and to coordinate with regional disability studies scholars/programs. With support from the Institute for Advanced Study (IAS) and the English department, the Project Manager will oversee annual programming, including reading groups, guest speakers, symposia, and social events.
CDSI is housed primarily in the Department of English on the East Bank of the TC campus. The position will be hybrid. The Project Manager will have office space available in Pillsbury Hall; however, most work can be performed remotely, if preferred. Attendance at some in-person events and meetings will be necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning (50%):
● Develop and deploy methods and processes for tracking deadlines, details, logs, communications, goals, tasks, and evaluations throughout the grant period.
● Co-facilitate project planning sessions with the leadership team to help develop the project scope, deliverables, and schedule.
● Assist with content development and submission processes for initiatives, programming, curriculum, research, teaching, and engagement, as well as tools for the group's work.
● With the Faculty Director, UMN-CDS affiliates, and collaborators, implement the logistics for programming, exhibits, and oversee the evaluation of project activities.
● With the Faculty Director and Leadership Team, plan and implement ongoing and new programming, including the annual CDS lecture, research symposium, reading and writing groups, events, and specialized curricular opportunities.

Critical Disability Studies Initiative
Since 2015, the Critical Disability Studies Collective (CDSC) has fostered a thriving academic community around interdisciplinary, intersectional, and transnational approaches to studying disability. We've collaborated with numerous partners to hold reading/writing groups, symposia, visiting speakers, pedagogy workshops, and more. About the College of Liberal Arts
Home to the arts, social sciences and humanities disciplines and programs, the College of Liberal Arts is the largest college in the University of Minnesota and comprises 31 academic departments, and over 20 interdisciplinary research centers and administrative/support units. CLA has over 1,300 faculty and staff spanning research, teaching, advising, outreach, and administrative functions. CLA units reside in over twenty buildings on the East Bank and West Bank of the Twin Cities campus. CLA enrolls nearly 13,000 undergraduate students, over 40% of the undergraduate enrollment on the Twin Cities campus, 1,400 graduate students, and has an annual all-funds budget of $290 million.

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $44,000 - $60,000 per year (actual salary for 80% position) depending on education/qualifications/experience
Time Appointment: 80% Appointment
Position is grant-funded. The initial appointment is for one year, with the possibility of renewal, contingent upon performance and funding, for up to two additional years.
