* Participates in department quality assurance and continuous quality improvement programs for radiation therapists.

* Bachelor's degree in radiation therapy or in final clinical rotation of accredited radiation therapy program.
* Eligible for board certification in radiation therapy from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Obtains board certification within one year of employment as a radiation therapist.
* BLS certification as healthcare provider or obtains within 6 months of employment as a radiation therapist.
