Assignments were always challenging and were allowed to self manage. Schedules and expectations were always clear and well defined. I was always acknowledged for the success of my projects. On site at customers wafer fabs, process trouble shooting was always challenging. Finally the bi-yearly bonuses were always great.

Fantastic benefits and management is great. Lots of room to move up if you are good at what you do.

The location is expensive to live in unless you commute from a decent distance
