Essential Functions and Responsibilities: * Installing and maintaining all Billboards * Remove and hang flexes from billboards, remove and hang vinyls, cut and prepare flexes and vinyls for installation, cut, prepare and install copy on Tri-Visions * Maintain construction structures-repairs including but not limited to: tightening bolts, painting steel structures, repairing trim and various parts of the billboard sign face and structure, change light bulbs as needed, paint structures, assemble structures and faces when required. * Building and installing extensions on billboards, cutting brush/weeds, conduct storm damage repairs, minor electrical repairs, and sweeping/cleaning workshop area. * Use power/manual tools, must adhere to all safety regulations. * Attend installer and construction safety meetings as required. * Maintain operation vehicles; maintain construction tools, equipment and machinery. * Responsible for taking completion photos for proof of performance of installation. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: * Good communication skills. Compensation Information:

First year earning potential for our newly hired Outside Sales Representative is usually around $45,000 - $55,000 / year, dependent on experience and selling ability. We do not cap commissions, so earning potential is unlimited in subsequent years as you grow your book of business! We also provide monthly auto and cell allowances for work-related expenses.

Position Purpose:

The purpose of the Sales Account Executive is to meet and exceed sales objectives in the assigned territory by promoting and selling outdoor advertising to qualified advertisers. An Account Executive (AE) is expected to use professional sales techniques, build relationships, and develop long term advertising relationships that grow Lamar advertising sales.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Major Activities

* Meet and exceed sales targets and monitor personal sales data and reports
* Target businesses within assigned territory/account list and visit each established Lamar client and our competitors' clients within specified timeframe
* Identify potential growth areas, open new accounts and increase Lamar's market share by selling all products - Posters, Bulletins and Transit (where applicable).
* Become proficient in the use of Lamar computer tools to locate Co-op prospects, follow-up on Hot Leads, prepare proposals, and research

Self-Organization

* Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans a month in advance

Time Management

* Minimize travel time and maximize time in the field with clients
* Travel overnight when necessary

Administrative

* Maintain client profiles and be prepared to submit daily planners/call reports, sales plans, forecasts and expense reports on a timely basis
* Follow-up on all client production orders and ensure campaigns begin and end as the client requested. If any problems arise, AE will communicate immediately with the client and manager to find a solution
* Agree to check lights etc. on a regular basis when called upon

The purpose of the Airport Advertising Manager is to meet and exceed sales projections by selling advertising to qualified advertisers using professional sales techniques. Additionally, this position manages an airport's advertising concessionaire program, cultivates positive and lasting relationships with Airport Authority personnel, and provide local oversight to administrative and operational employees. The position is the primary contact for Lamar National Sales, and coordinates with other departments to ensure products and services are delivered by scheduled deadlines, including collections.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

* Meet and exceed sales objectives in assigned market(s) by promoting and selling airport advertising through a relationship-based approach.
* Develop relationships with local businesses, acquire new advertisers and maintain existing accounts. This includes prospecting new clients for business, making sales presentations, negotiating rates, closing deals, and providing customer service and after the sale.

* Personally contacts and secures new business accounts through presenting products to existing/potential customers and assisting them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

* Build and maintain positive relationship with Airport Authority staff and hold regular calls and/or meetings (Weekly, Monthly, and/or Quarterly) in support of relationship.

* Notify Airport Fulfillment Team, Airport Services, and National Sales of inventory location changes or adjustments.
* Market Liaison for Airport Office Manager and Airport Billing team to ensure accuracy of monthly Airport revenue reporting.

National Sales Respondent Functions and Responsibilities

* Respond to National Sales and National Account Services Manager requests timely and within established response guidelines.

Benefits Overview:

Compensation Overview:

The annual earning potential for this position is $47,500 - $52,000 / year, dependent on relevant experience and qualifications.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

* Works alongside the Programmatic Account Manager to support projects and assignments that meet Programmatic Sales Strategy guidelines
* Participates in every aspect of the campaign lifecycle: campaign planning, inventory curation, impression forecasting, campaign setup, activation, monitoring, optimization and reporting
* Proactively works with the Programmatic team to service client needs
* Provides hands-on assistance with any escalations as they pertain to creative issues & troubleshooting, creative tagging, technical, inventory, and campaign delivery discrepancies
* Works with external partners on campaigns including swift creative approval, deal creation, campaign monitoring, and post buy services
* Communicates with both internal and external teams to provide status updates of programmatic campaigns
* Strives to improve customer satisfaction and retention by anticipating needs and going above and beyond
* Takes clear ownership of assigned projects and keep them on-track; meet all deliverables accurately and in a timely manner
* Maintains knowledge of industry trends as they relate to the programmatic space

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:

* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task across multiple projects and stakeholders
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers and management
* Highly organized with a systematic approach to detail-oriented work
* Requires continual attention to detail, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines
* Strong work ethic - someone who takes great pride in professionalism, responsibility, and is proactive
* Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to analyze and interpret data to help establish performance and billing outcomes
* Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet skills

Education and Experience Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Bachelor's Degree (in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Advertising, or another related field) preferred
* Or another equivalent combination of education and experience
* 1-2 years of related experience required

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

* The primary work environment for this position is a combination of an office environment and work in the field making sales calls and servicing existing accounts.
* The physical demands for this position include light lifting, seeing (with a focus on reading, color distinction, acuity, depth perception, and peripheral vision), sitting less than 50% of the time, standing, talking, turning, and walking.
* Nights spent away from home traveling are less than 10%
