Really laid back mentality, not much stress considering no one is really punished for poor work.
Putting up with the social aspects, the cliques, and the discrimination of being constantly set up for the hardest situations.
Long week short week schedules if management decides not to make you work 60 and 72 hour work weeks.
Lamb hires people for culture fit, and I think that really shows with our employees. It’s like working with family! (In a good way).

my favorite benefit is our 401k. Lamb gives 3% for free, then matches up to 6% on top of that. My favorite perk is all the events Lamb holds throughout the year. Whether it be box seats at the Steelheads or a night at the Hawks they always make sure there’s a fun event to look forward to that you can bring your family to.
