The Associate, Digital Fundraising Projects, supports the planning, execution, and delivery of digital fundraising campaigns and initiatives and plays an integral role in connecting new and existing supporters with the mission of Share our Strength and the No Kid Hungry Campaign. The Associate will utilize their knowledge of direct response and digital fundraising to seamlessly manage campaigns from inception to completion.
This role reports to the Associate Director, Digital Fundraising Strategy and works closely with members of the Individual Giving Team and internal partners across creative, data, and analytics teams, and external agencies to help manage timelines, deliverables, and communications for a range of digital fundraising projects-including email, paid media, web experiences and cross-channel campaigns.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, collaborative and passionate about using digital fundraising strategies, tactics and channels to make a difference.
This position is preferably based in Washington, DC, but could be fully remote for the right candidate. The position offers a salary range of $60k - $65k. Exact compensation within the stated salary range may vary based on skills, experience, internal equity, and geographical location.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Project Coordination & Management
Support the planning, scheduling, and tracking of digital fundraising projects from kickoff to launch.
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deliverables are on schedule and aligned with priorities.
Coordinate workflows and communication among agency partners, creative, content, web and analytics teams.
Help manage incoming requests, update projects in Asana and ensure project documentation is current.
Track and follow up on action items from meetings and campaign reviews.
Campaign Support
Assist with execution of digital fundraising campaigns, including email, social media, paid media, and website initiatives.
Coordinate with vendors and partners on deliverables, proofs, and approvals.
Support quality assurance (QA) and testing processes across digital channels (links, forms, copy, tracking tags, etc.).
Submit invoices for processing and log expenses.
Help collect and organize post-campaign results and insights.
Act as a point of contact for cross-departmental teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Contribute to regular team updates, project summaries, and campaign reports.
Support documentation of processes, best practices, and timelines to help improve efficiency and consistency.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Process & Systems
Help maintain and optimize project management tools and workflows.
Identify opportunities to streamline tasks and improve cross-team collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
2-3 years of professional experience in project coordination, marketing, communications, or digital fundraising (nonprofit experience a plus).
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Basecamp, or Wrike).
Understanding of digital fundraising channels (email, paid media, web, etc.) preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative and flexible mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Demonstrated interest in anti-hunger issues and fundraising.

The San Francisco Giants are seeking seasonal part‑time experience auditors to provide regular snapshots of all aspects of the guest experience at Oracle Park. The Oracle Park experience auditor program is a collaboration with Evolved Experience Solutions (EES), a company that specializes in helping to analyze and improve guest experience at entertainment venues throughout North America. EES provides a detailed questionnaire and online tool for auditors to record specific observations at each stage of the guest experience, as well as an interface and data feed from the audits that allows our service delivery and operations teams to learn from the audit results.
Experience auditors will participate in an initial training with EES in March 2026 and then will be expected to audit five to ten events per month during the 2026 baseball season (late March through October 2026), as well as two to five per month during the offseason (October/November 2026 through early March 2027). Each audit will require three to five hours of in‑person time and will consist of answering specific questions about each stage of the guest experience, from arrival to departure, as well as a few questions about each interaction with Oracle Park staff along the way, in the online tool.

Position Overview

This part-time, seasonal position will serve as teaching artist in the Chautauqua Arts Education Young Playwrights Project (YPP). This program is a 3-phase program. Phase 1 involves school visits where the YPP Teaching Artists present an assembly followed by an in-class lesson for each classroom at each participating school that teaches 3rd and 4th grade students how to write a play. Phase 2 involves YPP Teaching Artists leading teams of volunteers as they rehearse and then stage a play reading in each participating classroom. Phase 3 involves students visiting Chautauqua Institution to see a select number of plays chosen from all submitted, with the Teaching Artists serving as the performing theater company.
The YPP Teaching Artist/Actor will work under the leadership of the Young Playwrights Project Lead Teaching Artist/Director of Plays to implement the program curriculum in the schools. This person will also serve as actor in the Phase 3 plays, working with the Young Playwrights Project Lead Teaching Artist/Director of Plays to present the final performances of student plays. . Trips that range from 1 to 2 hours are run from our dock on Rondout Creek, in downtown Kingston.
Solaris
is completely quiet, powered by a single-screw electric motor and accommodates up to 24 passengers . Trips include various creek and river excursions and visits to our 1913 Rondout Lighthouse. Captain is not required to give tours but should be comfortable welcoming passengers and explaining rules and regs to passengers. Trips are scheduled from late morning to after dusk, and various shift opportunities are available, including charters. Season is mid-May through October with potential for additional trips and charters.
Requirements:
Min 25-ton capacity captains license
Be able to pass initial and random drug tests
Previous experience driving tour boats or similar
Strong navigational skills and knowledge of local waterways
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
Duties:
Ensure the safety of passengers and crew members
Navigate waterways and follow designated routes
Communicate with passengers, crew, and port authorities
Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to the route
Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols

Scope
The Paley Center for Media is seeking a Museum Educator to design and lead intergenerational workshops in YouTube content creation, social media literacy and safety, and practical AI tools for parents, adults, and tweens. You'll build inclusive, hands-on learning that demystifies platforms and AI while promoting creativity and safe digital habits
Lead hands-on workshops for parents, adults, and tweens (8+) on YouTube production, social media literacy and safety, and practical AI tools-all within an engaging, museum-based learning environment.
The standard work week for this position is On-site in NYC Wednesday to Sunday.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver interactive, intergenerational workshops that build confidence and critical thinking around content creation, online safety, and responsible AI use.
Lead YouTube workshops covering storytelling and community guidelines.
Build media literacy. Teach platform safety, privacy settings, screen-time boundaries, digital etiquette, and reputation management.
Demystify AI. Facilitate accessible sessions on AI concepts, ethics, and hands-on tools (e.g., ChatGPT, DALL·E, Teachable Machine).
Design curricula. Create scaffolded, age-appropriate lesson plans and kits for parents and tweens; iterate from feedback and evaluation data.
Design curricula and interactive learning experiences for mixed-age audiences, primarily parents and children ages 8+
Stay current on digital trends, tools, and best practices to inform program development
Collaborate with internal teams to align programming with institutional goals and priorities
Support data collection, evaluation, and continuous improvement of workshop offerings
May supervise part-time educators or interns as programs scale
Engage as a Paley Ambassador for social media initiatives by actively sharing Paley's social media posts within one's own networks, to amplify the organization's reach and foster community engagement

About the Role
The Safe Clean Water Program Associate Specialist is a key member of Heal the Bay's Safe Clean Water Program (SCWP) Team, supporting community education and engagement throughout the Central and South Santa Monica Bay Watershed areas. This position plays an important role in advancing the goals of the Safe Clean Water Program by fostering inclusive, meaningful community participation and increasing public understanding of local water quality, water supply, and climate resilience efforts.
This role contributes directly to the SCWP's mission to:
Protect public health and create safer, greener, and more resilient communities.
Modernize Los Angeles County's water system to capture and reuse more of the billions of gallons currently lost each year.
Reduce pollutants in stormwater to safeguard coastal waters, beaches, and marine life.
Upgrade aging water infrastructure using a combination of nature-based solutions, science, and emerging technology.
Prepare the region for climate-driven impacts, including drought, wildfire, and flooding.
The Associate Specialist helps ensure that all SCWP contract deliverables are successfully met, representing Heal the Bay in a variety of public, community, and partner settings. Expectations & Responsibilities
Build community knowledge of SCWP goals by taking initiative and leveraging a strong understanding of western Los Angeles County communities.

The part-time Learning & Engagement Coordinator reports to the Director of Learning and Engagement and collaborates closely with the Public Programs Manager to plan, coordinate, facilitate, and document weekly programs for children and families during Storm King's season (April through November). With a primary focus on onsite, family-focused programs, the Coordinator will also coordinate some programs for families in the community, and occasional off-season programs for a variety of audiences.
Programs for children and families at Storm King offer a variety of multigenerational, hands-on opportunities to explore art and nature, often facilitated by artists and outdoor educators. Programs are designed to encourage experimentation and close looking and prioritize process and exploration. Community partnership programs, both onsite and offsite, deepen relationships with our neighbors and foster reciprocal learning and audience development. Off-season programming expands opportunities for audiences of all ages to engage with the art and landscape at Storm King.
During Storm King's season, the Coordinator will work Sundays to staff weekly Children & Families programs, with additional hours scheduled on weekdays for a total of 20 hours weekly.

Responsibilities
The part-time Learning & Engagement Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Children & Families Public Programs
Coordinate a dynamic and balanced roster of children and families programs, primarily held on Sundays, with occasional weekday, Saturdays, evenings, and off-season events. Coordinate staffing, supplies, and logistical needs for each program.
Manage the calendar and scheduling for freelance teaching artists.
Develop and facilitate drop-in family tours and activities throughout the season.
Draft program descriptions for print and digital use; liaise with the Communications team on program promotion.
Maintain up to date internal and public calendars.
Work closely with Visitor Engagement staff to ensure smooth onsite operations.
Track program budgets and process invoices.
Collect, review, and document qualitative feedback from program attendees, educators, and staff.
Maintain records of past programs and track ongoing participation statistics.
Coordinate a Request for Proposals (RFP) every 2-3 years to refresh the teaching artist pool.
Ensure that programs uphold Storm King's commitment to inclusion and accessibility.
Community Partnerships and Programs
Lead tours and hands-on activities both onsite and in the Newburgh and Cornwall communities.
Identify opportunities for offsite programming and maintain relationships with relevant local organizations.
Coordinate staffing, supplies, and logistics for community programs.
Maintain detailed records of partnership activities and collect partner feedback.
Track program budgets and process invoices
Off-season Programs and Workshops
Coordinate occasional hands-on, artist-led workshops for a variety of audiences
Work with the Public Programs manager to coordinate registration and communication with registered participants
Develop program descriptions and work with communications on language for promotion
Liaise with Visitor Experience staff to ensure smooth onsite operations
Other Responsibilities
Provide occasional support for major public programs and other departmental initiatives.
Contribute to printed materials and interpretation resources.
Lead tours as needed.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Visual Art, Art History, Museum Studies, Education or related field preferred
2-3+ years of experience working with K-12 audiences in a public-facing role required, preferably with a cultural institution
Strong working knowledge of modern & contemporary art required, knowledge of landscape & ecology preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience speaking to groups diverse in age, background, and experience.
A strong belief in Storm King's mission and vision, and the ability to represent Storm King to a wide external audience, communicate effectively, and interact with all levels of staff as well as artists, the public and visitors in a positive, professional, and friendly manner.
Demonstrated passion for the visual arts, and knowledge of or interest in museum education, with a strong commitment to making art collections more accessible and meaningful to the general public.
Proven capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines while making sound judgments and decisions with great attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and a high level of organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, internet research, and administrative office procedures.
Familiarity with Altru or other CRM platforms a plus.
CPR/Red Cross first aid training a plus.
Spanish proficiency or fluency a plus
Valid Class D driver's license with a clean record, without driving restrictions
Working Environment
Works in an office environment and outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to maneuver outdoors, in all weather conditions, on 500 acres of hills, grass, and gravel pathways
Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time during events or tours

This role is represented by the Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) Local 1000, AFSCME, AFL-CIO and is governed by a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) between Storm King and CSEA Local 720 (Unit A)
Requires travel to the tri-state area and NYC on occasion

This position is part-time, non-exempt.

The Assistant Golf Professional is responsible for providing high-quality customer service and coordinating golf operations.
Assist in managing and operating golf facilities.
Provide golf lessons and clinics to members and guests.
Help organize and coordinate golf tournaments and other events.
Assist in merchandise sales and display and manage golf equipment inventory.
Register players for tee times and process payments.
Enforce golf course rules and regulations.

Compensation for this position starts at $16.00/Hour and, with demonstrated experience and qualifications, candidates may earn up to $18.00/Hour.
About Your Work Day
Landscaping tasks including mowing, raking, golf course cleanup/setup, gardening, seeding, sodding, raking, and tree care.
Safely operate walk mowers, triplex mowers, gas-powered trimmers, and aerifiers.
Prepare bunkers using hand tools and mechanical rakes.
Manual labor tasks including raking, digging, and loading/unloading of landscaping materials.
Conducts visual inspections of golf course features to ensure all are landscaped in accordance with operating procedures.
Reports safety incidents and equipment repair needs in a timely manner to the supervisor.
Assists with maintenance of the equipment which may include cleaning, inspections, and equipment upkeep.
