    DWG Inc., LLC has an immediate opening for an experienced Loader Operator at our O'Donnell location. Experience in quarry is preferred. A Loader operator is responsible for the safe operation of heavy construction equipment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities 3+ years of experience operating a Front-End Loader Knowledge of loading trucks & unloading trucks with forks. Quarry experience preferred Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights. Properly follow all company policies and OSHA and MSHA regulations for safe working procedures. Report any problems to the Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or Human Resources Manager. Perform daily pre-and-post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies. Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment; refer major problems to the supervisor. Clean equipment on a regular basis. Perform job tasks in accordance with industry best practices and requirements of the equipment (lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, carrying, sitting, walking, and climbing).
