What You’ll Be Doing
• Examine specifications of the customer’s order using drawings, work orders, or blueprints to
determine the characteristics of the finished item, materials to be used, etc.
• Properly measure and cut materials, and lay laminate materials onto fabricated substrates
• Operate power tools including but not limited to, routers, table saws, miter saws, various wood
working hand tools
• Fabricate each piece of the laminate counter tops as determined by work order
specifications
• Examine work piece visually, by touch, or using tape rule, calipers, or gauges to ensure
product meets desired standards
Who We’re Looking For
• A good team player with a willingness to take direction and a positive attitude
• Experience operating hand and power tools
• At least 1 year of laminate countertop experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Must have reliable transportation
What You Can Expect
• $20/hr starting pay rate
• Regular schedule of Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 3:30pm
• Paid major holidays

We are seeking a Laminator to become a part of our team building the finest boats in the industry that are known around the world. You will be responsible for laminating hulls, decks, stringers and small parts.
Duties/Responsibilities: Under direction of supervisor, effectively and efficiently:
• Places fiberglass material directly onto mixture of fiberglass particles, MEK and resin (which was sprayed by chopper gun operator).
• Rolls out fiberglass material ensuring that all air bubbles are removed.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.
Minimum Skill Requirements:
• Must be able to read and write.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience and skills in rolling fiberglass preferred.
• Hull and/or deck construction experience preferred.
Physical Requirements: Including, but not limited to:
• climbing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting up to 80 lbs, stretching, squatting and bending.
• May work on knees, seated, laying down, standing up.
• May require individual to be in awkward positions.
Environmental Conditions:
• Exposed to heat, cold, dust, fumes, and some outside weather conditions.
• May be exposed to acetone, resin, fiberglass, putties, glues, cleaners.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Level: Level D. Generally a work uniform that suits the job at hand. This level is used when no breathing or respiratory hazard is known to exist. The equipment used various with the situation. May include coveralls; chemical-resistant boots with a steel toe and shank; safety glasses or chemical splash goggles; other options as needed such as gloves, outer chemical-resistant boots, face shield, hard hat and hearing protection
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements: Chemical resistant clothing; chemical-resistant gloves; chemical resistant boots closed-toed rubber soled shoes; safety glasses.
