Scott has served over 30 years in accounting, financial management, treasury, risk management, strategic planning, financial planning & analysis, financial reporting, human resources and information technology. He gained his experience in the oil field services, construction and consumer products industries. He has developed expertise with both small and large enterprises in manufacturing, decision support, business processes, internal controls and application of GAAP. Scott has served in financial leadership positions on the management teams of multiple entities. He has led teams ranging from 3 to 50 members and has presented financial & strategic plans and monthly & quarterly results to multiple boards. During his career Scott has served as a CFO, Controller, Senior Consultant, Manager and Supervisor. Scott has experience with a broad range of companies including: TriMas Corporation (TRS on the Nasdaq), Axion Services, Magnum Precision Operations, Shamrock Precision Operations, Grover Gundrilling, The Shaw Group, KBR, Resources Global Professionals, Mars, Ramteck Industries and PriceWaterhouse Coopers. Scott has an innate ability to deliver real dollars to the bottom line. Throughout his career he has added over $50 million to the EBITDA of the companies he’s served.
