Utilize tools such as Email, Citrix, Cottage Hospital HMS or DHConnect along with other technology-based resources to gather and transfer data into the appropriate patient chart.
May transcribe patient notes and letters dictated by clinical providers. Goal is to transcribe notes within 24 hours of dictation.
Assist with clinical tracking by reviewing flow sheets to assure that correspondence has correct clinical notes.
Proactively improve workflow to minimize duplicate records and other errors, with a focus on constant, incremental improvement.
Supports other data entry staff by addressing issues or questions that may arise. This staff includes internal staff members and data entry clerks not directly affiliated with ACHS.

Lamprey Health Care has partnered with Great Bay Community College in a Medical Assistant Training Program. The paid Medical Assistant training program includes eight weeks of classroom training with Great Bay Community College and four weeks of a clinical internship with Lamprey Health Care.
Tuition will be paid by Lamprey Health Care. Successful completion of this program will require passing a final exam and demonstrating competency in selected skills. The clinical internship will include four weeks of training under the direct supervision of the Clinical Nurse Manager and a preceptor/mentor.
Selected candidate must commit to 40 hours a week of a combination of classroom and on-line education for eight weeks. Program graduates will be prepared to work as a Medical Assistant at a Lamprey Health Care location for a minimum of two years.

Lamprey Health Care, New Hampshire's oldest community health center, is seeking an experienced and highly qualified licensed Behavioral Health Clinician - LICSW, LICSW/MLADC/LCMHC to join our Newmarket family practice clinic. Successful candidates must have a thorough working knowledge of behavioral medicine and evidenced-based treatments for both medical and mental health conditions. $ 2,500.00 sign on bonus
Your typical day will include:
Conducting behavioral health assessments using evidenced-based screening tools
Using motivational interviewing with patients to encourage the adoption of healthy lifestyles
Collaborating with Psychiatrists, Primary Care Physicians, and other staff
Overseeing case management meetings
Providing treatment to persons with mild impairments, those coping with situational stress and stabilized persons with serious mental disorders
Providing between session consultative visits throughout the day
As a patient-centered medical home, you must be able to treat all ages and work well with an interdisciplinary team in both rural and urban communities. Patient visits are often scheduled around medical provider visits, meaning you will get to be part of a true whole-person approach to health care. Patient treatment often encompasses behavioral aspects of healthcare, like pain management, and smoking cessation.

The fellowship provides the opportunity to work as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a supportive and collegial clinic setting, with an experienced FNP preceptor available for support at all times.
The Nurse Practitioner Fellowship Program includes:

Mentored clinics at our locations in Newmarket, Raymond and Nashua
Specialty clinics at a variety of specialty practices in southern NH
Didactic learning and group discussion sessions one afternoon a week
Participation in a Project ECHO hosted by the University of New Hampshire

Successful candidates for the Nurse Practitioner Fellowship Program will:
Be a recent graduate from a Master s or DNP program.
Be licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as an APRN in NH.
Have ANCC or AANP certification as an FNP.
Be committed to primary care practice in a community health setting.
Compensation for a Nurse Practitioner Fellow is $80,000 annually. Full benefits are included.

Operates electrocardiograph (EKG) and other equipment to administer routine diagnostic test or calls medical facility or department to schedule patients for tests
Performs venipunctures, routine lab tests, injections, ear lavage, etc
May be responsible for scheduling appointments, keeping x-ray and other medical records, performing secretarial tasks, and completing insurance forms
May need to perform tele-triage in the collection of information to be relayed to providers, demonstrating knowledge of computer triage template and its use
Attends and participates in staff/team meetings
Must complete work within scope of practice for current licensure or certification
Other duties, hours, and ACHS site placement may be assigned
LNA Key Responsibilities

Assist with scheduling appointments, performing administrative tasks such as referrals & prior authorizations
Cleans & stocks rooms with supplies. Orders routine medical and laboratory supplies
