Director, Import Operations - (25004610) Description GENERAL PURPOSE:The Director of Import Operations role will require candidate to possess in-depth knowledge of International Logistics, Ocean Freight Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Container Management, Drayage/Port operations, and Carrier/Vendor management activities. This role will lead, direct, develop a team of Logistics Team members in execution of global inbound transportation operations, supporting merchandise and shipments routed from Ports around the world to our final destination DCs in the US. The Director plays a strategic and tactical leadership role, ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of import freight across our network globally.
