MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance operations of the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, personnel management, compliance with safety standards, and customer service. The Journeyman should be a Plumber, Steamfitter, Pipe Fitter, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Fitter or Pipe Fitter Welder who has been engaged at the trade for at least five (5) years.
