🔧 What You'll Do
Lead On-Site Installations: Work closely with a team (up to 4 techs) to install equipment at customer facilities.
Project Coordination: Communicate with customers and contractors to manage installation timelines and ensure everything runs smoothly.
System Setup: Install and align conveyors, route electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic services, and fine-tune mechanical components (chains, sprockets, belts, etc.).
Electrical Work: Assist with wiring, including 480VAC 3-phase motors and 24VDC sensors and PLC connections.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues; perform functional testing and system startups.
PLC Collaboration: Work alongside PLC programmers (RS Logix) to validate system functionality and ensure safe operation.
Preventative Maintenance: Maintain and repair motors, belts, drives, and related systems.
In-House Support: Help assemble and test equipment at our Wisconsin facility between field assignments.
Train Operators: Provide hands-on training to customers on proper system use and basic maintenance.

5+ years of industrial electromechanical experience preferred
Solid understanding of rigging, mechanical assembly, pneumatics, 480V 3-phase electrical systems, & PLCs (RS Logix)
Strong blueprint and AutoCAD reading skills
Experience with mechanical rebuilds and system installations
Leadership skills and comfort supervising small teams on-site
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable traveling up to 100% of the time (must have or be able to obtain a passport)

We ask the following things: Permission is needed, proper tennis attire is required (whites), tennis shoes only, no running shoes. Should any guest want to come and use the courts, vacate the court promptly and courteously.
Waterfront:
Trout Lake is one of Wisconsin's finest. There are two docks located on the waterfront. The swimming dock is for guest use only. All employees are welcome to use the boat dock. Employees are welcome to use the following equipment: sailing, water-skiing, canoes, rowboats, and kayaks. No motor boats. You must check out all equipment with the proper resort personnel. Once again, guests have first preference.

We are located about 10 miles from the towns of Woodruff and Minocqua. I would say about 50% of our bring an automobile with them. There is minimal public transportation and biking on the highway is discouraged.

Tennis Courts:
There are four courts on the premises. During the time the courts are not in use, all employees are welcome to take advantage of the courts. We ask the following things: Permission is needed, proper tennis attire is required (whites), tennis shoes only, no running shoes. Should any guest want to come and use the courts, vacate the court promptly and courteously.
Waterfront:
Trout Lake is one of Wisconsin's finest. There are two docks located on the waterfront. The swimming dock is for guest use only. All employees are welcome to use the boat dock. Employees are welcome to use the following equipment: sailing, water-skiing, canoes, rowboats, and kayaks. No motor boats. You must check out all equipment with the proper resort personnel. Once again, guests have first preference.
