Landing support specialist job description

• Assist with preparation of documents, agreements, permits and correspondence
• Monitor and track external and internal documents for timely execution and proper recording
• Code incoming invoices with appropriate account codes and forward to Landman for approvals
• Analyze, input and maintain AFE requests, leases, contracts and wells in SAP and internal Anadarko systems
• Track contractual obligations
• Assist Landman with ordering title and clearing to drill
• Run reports, create exhibits and provide lease and well information from the Anadarko systems
• Other various administrative duties required to support the company and contract land staff

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal
• Self-starter and motivated learner that is able to work both independently with minimum supervision and within a collective group to support project requirements
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment, support and meet project milestones, and work on multiple projects in conjunction with other requirements
• Handle confidential and proprietary company data and information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn other computer applications

Education:

High school diploma/equivalent

Relocation:

This position is not eligible for relocation.

Travel Requirements:

The percentage of travel required for this position is 0-10%.

Work Schedule:

This position is eligible for the 9/80 work schedule.

industry experience, work history, skill set, and any unique qualifications.
