The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable (AP) process while following sound internal controls, ensuring timely and accurate payment and posting of payments and providing necessary assistance as needed to internal and external parties regarding the AP process.

Accountable for maintaining and balancing proper cash drawer levels and assist in vault balancing.
Accountable for implementing all regulatory requirements and procedures.
Implement all regulatory requirements and procedures related to transactions and be current on all assigned training courses.
Utilize a 7 Step Conversation to promote bank products and services, including role play, completing Weekly Checklist and Needs Solved Sheets.
Manage professional improvement through the utilization of the Quarterly Job Progress Plan and consistently meet Minimum, Target and Optimum levels of performance.
Engage in Landmark National Bank culture initiatives and team success activities, including Daily Huddles, leading when assigned, Weekly Rally Meetings, New Account Training (Retail), and Celebration events.
Represent the bank well in the community.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

This is a fully commissioned position with a draw. Draws are minimum wage rates based on work location. Details of the commission plan will be presented at time of offer.
Description:
Individuals will be required to develop leads and originate mortgage loans through branches, realtors, and builders, and respond to referrals from branch personnel and others. Additionally, candidates should have an understanding of the mortgage regulations and processes as well as other bank products and services in order to deepen relationships with customers. Applicants must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, exercise independent judgment and comprehend complex instructions, technical and financial materials and forms related to assigned duties. The MLO must meet production standards developed by management.
Responsibilities:
Develop, lead and originate mortgage loans through branches, realtors and builders.
Interview mortgage loan applicants.
Take loan applications from customers.
Send applicant's file to processors in the centralized loan support area.
Respond to referrals from branch personnel and others.
Assist in obtaining additional data or information when requested by processors.
Cross-sell all bank products and services.
Education / Experience Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience, MBA or Master's Degree preferred.
2+ years of lending experience preferred.
Creativity, flexibility, integrity, and a commitment to customer support are essential.
Must be able to work autonomously exercising considerable independent judgment.
Must be able to maintain composure in stressful situations.
Must be able to work flexible hours.
