Key Responsibilities Lead field teams on assigned construction projects, providing direct supervision and guidance to subcontractors and Landmark personnel. Create and implement project execution plans for complex projects, adjusting as necessary to address changing needs and requirements. Lead project safety culture and confirm adherence to Landmark Safety Program. Generate, maintain, and execute detailed look ahead schedules, scheduling all subcontractors, suppliers, testing, and inspections as necessary to meet required milestones. Ensure compliance with project plans, project specifications, and Landmark QA/QC program. Lead weekly onsite progress meetings with subcontractors and participate in regular Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings. Maintain open lines of communication with General Superintendent, Project Manager, field staff, owners, architects, subcontractors, etc., keeping the entire team informed of project issues and changes.
