Antoinette Lazarus is the chief compliance and risk officer at Landmark and is responsible for designing, building, and enforcing Landmark’s compliance program to ensure adherence to U.S. federal and state securities laws and the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Prior to joining Landmark in 2006, she served as VP/compliance for Prudential Financial, Inc.; as director, fund accounting for CIGNA Retirement and Investment Services; and in multiple fund accounting, reporting, and valuation roles at Aetna Financial Services. Ms. Lazarus started her career as a fund accountant at Phoenix Equity Planning Corp.

Ms. Lazarus is a Corporator at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center and serves on Boards of the St. Francis Foundation, The Hartford Community Loan Fund, Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston, Simsbury Performing Arts Center, Inc. and a founding member of 100 Women Who Can (Farmington Valley Chapter).

Ms. Lazarus has an MBA in Finance from the University of Hartford, a BS in Physics from Fairfield University, and has achieved the designations of Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP), Certified Regulatory & Compliance Professional (CRCP™) from The Wharton School FINRA Institute, is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), and was awarded the CFA Institute Investment Foundations™ certificate.

Josh Gleason leads Landmark’s information technology organization, providing strategic technology planning and oversight of IT governance, infrastructure, business systems, security and support activity.

Prior to joining Landmark in 2019, Mr. Gleason was a vice president at BrightSphere Investment Group where, over a 20-year career, he held multiple technology leadership roles supporting the growth and security of BrightSphere’s boutique asset management Affiliates. Prior to BrightSphere, he worked for the Federal Reserve Banks of New York and Boston conducting economic research.

Mr. Gleason received a BA in Economics from Tufts University.
