The property represents a unique opportunity for an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to oversee the transition from a single-tenant building to a state-of-the-art, multi-tenant, Class A+ property. CommonWealth Partners is in the final stages of design for a full-floor amenity space that includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, lounge, and meeting space, along with a new management office. Job Summary: The Property Manager or Senior Property Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Property, including, but not limited to, administration, financial control, operations, tenant relations, construction, lease administration, and leasing and marketing of the Property. The management goal is to maintain the Property in accordance with the established standards, while providing quality service expected by Class A building tenants. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale Capital Improvement projects and Tenant Improvements.
