As the Lead Application Functional Specialist - Retail & Payments, you will directly contribute to the growing success of Lands' End's omni-channel business. Responsibilities

* Act as a functional and technical subject matter expert of retail and payment systems, as well as their integrations with omni-channel systems
* Assist with organizing, leading, and prioritizing team tasks through scrum or similar methodologies
* Assist support teams in refining effective retail incident trend identification, issue communication, escalation procedures, and knowledgebase creation.
* Seek out and implement process improvements that create efficiency for retail and payment systems

Qualifications
