About this Role As an Invisors Financial Architect, you will lead the FINS workstream internally by coaching more junior consultants, and externally by managing the design and delivery of Workday projects. You will work closely with all other Consultants within the Financial workstream, as well as managing cross-functional impacts with other domain leads. This role will allow you to coach others in their consulting career while helping clients develop a strong plan and design for their Workday system. In addition to your client-facing role, every Invisors Manager plays a critical role internally as we develop our business, improve our client offerings, and grow our team. Duties and Responsibilities: An Invisors Architect must: Have experience with Workday Projects, Project Billing, Customer Contracts and Revenue Management. Be a partner for the Project Manager and Engagement Executive for the planning of the area of a project. Proactively work with other areas of the project to develop solutions for requirements or planning challenges. A Financial Architect will not simply advocate for the workstream but instead will look to develop the best solution for the project, client, and Invisors overall. Assist in budgetary accountability for their projects. Be prepared to be called upon to serve as the Area Architect for their project. Read the room and tailor approach appropriately and deliver difficult messages effectively. Relevant skills and experience: 5+ Years of Workday and/or 6-8 of Industry Experience Prior consulting in financials workstreams required Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel Must be authorized to work in the U.S without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
