Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree in landscapearchitecture (required); Similar degrees may be considered.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, RHINO/Sketch Up, REVIT/BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365.
Strong graphic and presentation skills, with the ability to produce compelling visuals and presentations.
Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and managing projects from concept through construction.
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative problem-solver with a deep understanding of design, documentation, and constructability.
Experience in a range of project types and scales, both public and private.
Proven ability in construction documentation, specifications, plant materials, and coordination with consultants.
Interest or experience in business development and client relations.

Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certification:

Industry Experience:
