Job DescriptionLANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN/FOREWOMEN Summary: Works on installing new underground irrigation systems for both residential and commercial clients. Requiring previous irrigation experience and/or electrical experience. With the guidance of Landscape Project Managers and the Landscape Operations Manager, oversees the efficient operation of site maintenance while operating within EMI budget guidelines. Works in cooperation with Landscape Design / Sales, Irrigation Crew Members, Landscape & Maintenance Division Operations Manager and Assets Manager with quality and customer satisfaction as top priority. Communicates and resolves all issues related to installation to ensure the installation meets the specifications of the design. Able to properly maintain and complete daily paperwork needed to report service activities to customers and EMI. Able and willing to communicate with customer site representatives when needed. Will require working off hours and weekends to service residential clients. Must be available to work extended hours, weekends and during inclement weather. As well as performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
