She is an entrepreneur, marketing and business professional with over 20 years of experience in the A/E industry. She believes in hiring great people, providing training and clear direction, and then stepping back and letting their talents shine. Margie takes great pride in her work in the educational architecture field. The dedication of her and her project teams has created safe, healthy, innovative, and inspiring learning environments for millions of students. Her passion has earned her an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, as well as travelling, boating, and reading.

Jodi Havera is a Vice President Finance and CFO at Landscape Forms. She has worked as Chief Financial Officer at Ship-Pac, an HP Products Company; Controller at MPI Research; and Assurance Senior Manager at BDO USA LLP. Jodi attended Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business between 1993 and 1997.
