Principal Accountabilities, (Other duties may be assigned)

Operate within facility safety guidelines and promote the use of safe practices.
Facilitate cross-training with team members to become proficient with all products and processes.

Ensure team utilization/adherence of Standard Work and Quality Standards.
Work to improve the accuracy of manufacturing documentation (BOM, routing data, work instructions, quality criteria, playbooks, etc.).

Provide input regarding operational goals, team member performance and strategic planning.
Ensure equipment maintenance and calibration is completed in a timely manner and maintains appropriate documentation.
Actively promote/direct daily housekeeping, and workplace organization (5S) to ensure the entire process area is in tour ready condition.
Manages budgetary responsibilities, promotes responsible spending and strives to come in at or below monthly/annual budget.
Works to develop team members (OnTRACs, coaching, non-negotiables, shaping culture, etc.).
Criteria for Success

Education, Experience and Skills
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent skill level. Must possess basic mathematical skills. Must be computer literate, follow basic e-mail etiquette, and have the ability to read engineering drawings.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Inspect parts for defects, run test cycles and perform quality audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Drive recruiting initiatives and projects, including reporting, process optimization, and system enhancements within our ATS and HRIS.
Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to showcase our culture, values, and opportunities across internal and external audiences.
Represent the organization with professionalism and purpose at hiring events, open houses, and community engagements.
Cultivate relationships with educational institutions, technical programs, and community partners to expand our talent pipeline and future workforce.
What You Bring
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with employment laws; multi-state or multi-site recruiting experience is a plus
Criteria for Success:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Proven experience in corporate or professional recruiting, with a track record of managing full-cycle recruiting and building strong relationships with leaders
Skilled in coaching and training hiring managers and interview teams to ensure structured, fair, and effective hiring processes
Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging recruiting metrics and insights to inform strategy
Knowledge of Michigan employment laws; familiarity with regulations in other states or countries is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and represent our culture with professionalism
Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage shifting priorities, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with care
Comfortable working independently and across teams, asking thoughtful questions, identifying gaps, and taking initiative to move work forward

Summary
This position has the responsibility to be proficient at a variety of skills that lead to the successful operation of a team in a manufacturing environment. In order to meet safety, quality, production, cost, and continual improvement objectives each member must be cross-trained and able to operate between the various areas and product specific lines.
Principal Accountabilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Operate within facility safety guidelines and promote the use of safe practices.
Knowledge of product descriptions, use of scheduling systems, and prioritize work to meet daily production.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use measuring equipment.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Responsible for learning all operational skills and processes through cross training; i.e. welding, metal finishing, loading fixtures, cutting, etc.
Setup, operate, and maintain machinery and equipment.
Ability to weld/fabricate using either MIG and/or TIG and weld to product quality standards.
Ability to work independently or as a team member to communicate daily goals and run production.
Maintain inventory control of materials using the Kan Ban system and other material systems.
Actively promote workplace organization following established 5S criteria.
Recognize and prep critical areas to meet established product quality standards.
Produce a smooth, continuous flow of product through cell to achieve at least 95% on-time delivery.
Participate and implement suggestions to continuously improve products and processes.
Adhere to the guidelines as established in the Employee Handbook.
Education, Experience and Skills
High School Diploma or GED and training or experience in related field required. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in common units of measure. Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions and deal with problems involving concrete variables. Must have basic computer proficiency. Ability to read, comprehend, and write basic instructions. Ability to give clear instruction on procedures and policies.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend and twist 80% of the time, and stand up to 10 hours. The work environment is on the shop floor in a noisy and sometimes hot location. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the principal accountabilities.

Position Overview: CDL Class A Driver / Material Handler
This position focuses on driving a 53' tractor-trailer to deliver and pick up raw and finished goods from outside vendors. When not driving, you'll support material handling across the facility - operating equipment, loading/unloading, and ensuring materials are safely moved and stocked. You'll be cross-trained across departments to keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Safely operate company vehicles, including forklifts, a 26' box truck, and a 53' tractor-trailer
Load and unload components and finished goods
Inspect vehicles and perform basic preventative maintenance
Follow all safety guidelines, reporting any defects or violations
Plan and execute delivery routes, logging hours and mileage as required
Ensure accurate shipping documentation and compliance with DOT regulations
Support material handling operations when not driving - moving, receiving, storing, and shipping materials
Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or GED
Current CDL Class A license and valid DOT medical card
Fork truck and crane license (or ability to obtain)

How You Contribute:
Develop and execute strategic total rewards initiatives aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
Oversee the management and delivery of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and wellness benefits.
Lead the administration of benefits, including enrollments, changes, claims processing, COBRA, and compliance activities, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
