Detail community on a regular basis. Clean and rake shrub areas; shovel mud when necessary. Use blower to keep sidewalks and walking areas clean of loose grass and/or other debris. Repair and/or replace windows, screens, sliding doors, etc. Perform routine maintenance as requested. Remove all abandoned furniture, trash, and/or boxes. Remove to dumpster or storage area, as assigned. Transfer trash left outside of dumpster into dumpster. Pick up and sweep area. Detail community on a regular basis. Clean and rake shrub areas; shovel mud when necessary. Use blower to keep sidewalks and walking areas clean of loose grass and/or other debris. Repair and/or replace windows, screens, sliding doors, etc. Perform routine maintenance as requested. Assist with various physical tasks as directed, such as tearing down fences, digging holes etc. Help clean and maintain storage areas. Perform interior and exterior painting duties when requested. Change locks and/or make keys when requested. Perform work-area clean up and safety related duties. Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisor.
