None long hours piss poor management thats always on a power trip.
Well if your minority or if you’re not a kiss ass or a “yes” man you won’t go far! The pay sucks, the hours suck (forced 10 hour shifts) and they don’t care if you have a second job Or a newborn they want you there for 10, bad driving conditions DONT CARE THERE EITHER!
There are no perks or benefits until you’re hired on….. and even then I wouldn’t work in that toxic enviroment
