POSITION SUMMARY The concrete machine operator's role is to support operation of all concrete production equipment, including batch plant operation, concrete mixing, and GFRC production. Additionally this role will utilize in-house molds and tooling to create products and operate cranes and forklifts to support material handling of raw materials and production products. You will directly be producing precast and GFRC products daily, creating both standard and custom products. This is a critical role for concrete operations and requires focus on Quality, Safety, Efficiency, and Teamwork.
