May apply chemicals to lawn, trees, shrubs, flowers, and paved surfaces. Collecting campus-wide solid waste to include pick-up of bagged, boxed and loose materials and transporting by truck to dumpsters located throughout campus for unloading. Moving materials and equipment weighing up to 60 lbs. Assisting in preparing grounds for installation and repair of irrigation systems. Operating a power washer to clean sidewalks and other paved surfaces. Regular and prompt attendance. Ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required. Related duties as required. Minimum Qualifications Ability to follow oral and written instructions and possession of a valid driver's license and maintenance of a driving record sufficient to maintain insurance coverage under the University of South Alabama.

Perform basic maintenance on landscaping equipment: * Check and clean air filters, tools, and landscape equipment, etc., on a daily basis. * Monitor and maintain proper fluid levels. * Report any equipment problems to Landscaper III.
