    As a Groundskeeper/Housekeeper you are responsible for the professional, courteous, timely, and satisfactory completion of all assigned duties given by the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. In total, the Groundskeeper/Housekeeper is responsible for completing the tasks that enable the community to be maintained in a first-class condition. This position reports to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. Tasks include, but are not limited to: QUALIFICATIONS: Previous Groundskeeper/Housekeeper experience a plus Effective communication and customer service skills Ability to interact with others in a team environment Drug test and background check required Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required Requirements Responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Daily grounds pick up, to include all amenities and all breezeways - all floors Daily cleaning of office and amenities Turnkey Cleaning and Touch Up Cleaning of Apartments Assist Maintenance Team with other tasks Learning and assisting with pool maintenance Dog Park and Dog Park Station maintenance Model Touch Up Cleaning Various Maintenance Tasks Complete the above duties and all others deemed necessary by the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.
