About the Position The Groundskeeper ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and Company standards are met regarding grounds, amenities, common areas, and overall curb appeal. This position also provides additional support to the maintenance team. Job Responsibilities Start the day by walking the community grounds each day, pick up and properly dispose of all trash and debris. Ensure grounds, common areas and amenities are clean and free of litter, and community curb appeal always meets or exceeds Company standards.
