Responsible for preserving the physical appearance of facility grounds by mowing, raking, planting, fertilizing, trimming and watering surrounding foliage and plants. - Monitors and maintains a visual check on property and adjacent neighbors. - Lawn, shrubbery, tree, and plant maintenance. Maintains lawn through mowing, raking and fertilization. Trims trees and shrubbery as needed. Regularly plants flowers and foliage to coordinate with seasons and necessary visual maintenance. - Conduct property clean up.
