Work Experience or Related Experience Minimum one year of experience (prefer 2-5 yrs.) of professional landscape experience. Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must have the knowledge, skills and interest in improving and maintaining landscape quality throughout the campus. Requires landscape and maintenance knowledge in the care and upkeep of play fields, landscaped areas, walkways, parking lots and all other campus exterior areas. Willing to follow all company work rules, including safety rules as defined in the company handbook and follow all required PPE for landscape duties. Able to work independently in a quality manner. Able and willing to fill in for custodial duties as needed and to support school events which may require extra hours. Able and willing to be flexible regarding work hours to support needed campus coverage, particularly in the absence of the Campus Manager Ability to communicate, both in writing and orally, technical information in a way that is understandable to people without technical training. This is Regular Full Time position. As a Groundskeeper/Landscaper you will be responsible for: • Weeds out undesirable plant species from ornamental plant beds by hand or with use of rake, hoe or appropriate hand tools. • Mows and edges lawn areas with small power mowers and edgers. • Waters lawns, shrubs, ground cover by use of appropriate manual or automatic Systems or hoses when necessary. • Prunes and trims shrubs and plants with appropriate hand tools, pole pruners, etc. • Picks up trash and debris in assigned areas by hand, vacuum, sweeper or power blowers. • Rakes and sweeps leaves and other debris from shrub beds and branches or other trash from wooded or otherwise assigned areas. Requirements • One to two years' experience as Landscaper (preferable) • Previous hotel/resort experience preferred • Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays • Must have reliable transportation • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time • Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness

Golf Course Grounds Keeper Experience preferred- will provide in-house training. Must be reliable, hard working, and able to lift 40 lbs. !!!! Hours change with the seasons: Spring/Summer - 4 am - 12:30 pm Fall/Winter - 5 am - 1:30 pm Must work alternate weekend mornings We can accommodate a flexible schedule and have a close relationship between management and employees to create the ultimate work environment.
