WHO WE ARE Procare is an exceptional lawn care, landscaping and outdoor lighting company.
My name is Ryon and I started cutting lawns and doing cleanups in my Downingtown neighborhood as a kid to earn extra money. I started Procare Property Services because landscaping is my passion. I love making outdoor spaces look beautiful.
Procare Property Services is a professional team of property maintenance experts. Procare Property Services provides landscaping, lawn maintenance, lawn fertilization, outdoor lighting, hardscaping & commercial snow and ice management. Our employees are always neatly dressed and respectful. Our customers satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. Procare Property Services is a fully licensed and insured family owned local business and we want our customers to feel as they are part of the family.
OUR GUARANTEE Procare Property Services has been looking for ways to be ‘different' since day one.
Before we had a reputation for great customer service and excellent quality we had to find a way to convince potential customers to use our service.
So we became the first lawn and landscape company to Guarantee Lawn Care and Landscaping. Not just any guarantee… anyone can say satisfaction guaranteed. We got specific, put it in writing, posted it on our website and made our guarantee bold.
OUR CORE VALUES We Value Our Customers Procare Property Services is still one of the few to actually answer the phones every time our customers call. We actually get out of the office and out of our trucks to work with our teams and train them. We discuss safety. Communication. We do not hire new employees, hand them the keys, and hope they drive safely and trim your shrubs correctly.
We re-train every new hire to our standards. And our standards are tough. Many new hires don't last more than a week with our company. Only the really good ones.
When I started Procare, all I knew to do was to take great care of our customers.
Many customers have sent us hand written notes of appreciation. Many frequently email quick notes of thanks. We never got around to asking our clients for testimonials. They just came - and keep coming.
Procare has over 1000+ happy customers
Careers If you're considering a career in landscaping or hardscaping, look no further than Procare Property Services. Ever since our founder Ryon was just a Downingtown kid helping his neighbors out with their landscaping chores and regular maintenance, Procare Property Services has looked out for Chester County residents with pride.
Whether you dream of a job where you can create unique outdoor spaces, or you take pride in beautifying landscapes, you'll feel right at home on our team. Chester County residents take pride in their sprawling acreage, so there's a constant need for landscape design and hardscape innovation for our loyal and growing clientele. Starting a hardscaping and landscaping career at Procare Property Services means being a part of the cutting edge - pun intended! - of property care techniques and commitment to our clients' 100% satisfaction.
