Landstar System CEO and leadership

Jim Gattoni serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for Landstar, a worldwide, asset-light provider of integrated transportation management solutions. Mr. Gattoni, a Certified Public Accountant, has been a key member of the management team since he joined Landstar in 1995 as Corporate Controller, a position he held until 2001. In 2001, he was promoted to Vice President and Corporate Controller and held that position until April 2007, when he was promoted to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gattoni was again promoted in 2013 when he was named Executive Vice President and CFO. He was named President and CFO in January 2014 and subsequently promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer in December, 2014. In January of 2015, he was elected to the Company’s Board of Directors.

Joe Beacom serves as Vice President and Chief Safety & Operations Officer for Landstar. He is responsible for the company’s safety performance, operations and capacity development initiatives. Those areas of the organization include accident prevention, regulatory compliance, capacity sourcing & procurement and operational support for Landstar’s agent network. Mr. Beacom joined Landstar in 1993 and has held various management positions in support of the company’s efforts to develop capacity and provide operational support consistent with the organizations core values of safety, independence, qualify service and opportunity. Prior to joining Landstar, Mr. Beacom served in various sales and operations positions in the less-than-truckload sector of the transportation industry.

Rick Coro is a Chief Information Officer at LANDSTAR SYSTEM INC and is based in Jacksonville, Florida. He has worked as Vice President, Application Development at Eckerd; Senior Vice President & CIO at Southeastern Grocers; and Manager of Systems Architecture at JCPenney. Ricardo attended GEORGIA INSTITUTE OF TECH, Allegheny County between 1982 and 1987, and Texas Christian University between 1991 and 1993.

Robert S Brasher is a VP/Chief Commercial Officer at LANDSTAR SYSTEM INC. He has worked as Executive Vice President at LANDSTAR SYSTEM INC.

Kevin Stout serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Landstar System, Inc. Mr. Stout, a Certified Public Accountant, joined Landstar as Director of Financial Reporting in 1997. He was promoted to Director of Budget and Planning in 2003 and promoted again in 2004 to Vice President of Finance for the Landstar Carrier Group. In 2007, he was named Landstar Vice President and Corporate Controller, and, in 2014, Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller. In December, 2014, he was promoted to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
