We are a midsized firm with about 150 employees, yet we have the resources of a larger firm through our affiliation with the Prime Global alliance. Our size and profound ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships creates a family feel within the office and with our clients. LGT participates in many volunteer and community service events annually including our annual food drive benefitting the North Texas Food Bank, school supply drive benefitting local students, and adopting families for the holidays through the Salvation Army. Our Young Professionals group also hosts volunteer days with various organizations in the community and our DE&I Committee hosts a Season of Service initiative. Previous activities include sorting toys with Toys for Tots and packaging meals for Feed My Starving Children.
