GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION The Senior Technician is a heavy equipment mechanic that specializes in the modernization and repairing of cranes. This position may perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and upgrades; as well as solving complex problems when the crane malfunctions. This position must encompass self-sufficiency, leadership abilities, effective communication and professionalism in an effort to lead field technicians and be the liaison between HCSG management and customers. The Technician position works in a safety-first type of environment. HCSG is a 24/7 service company that requires technicians to be available on-call and provide after hour or even weekend services as required due to customer needs. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Must be able to be on-call and provide after hour services as required. Troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and upgrading industrial hoists and cranes in the field at customer locations.
