TITLE: SEO Analyst
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12+ Month W2 Contract
Responsibilities:
Monitor keyword/site performance and conduct research to identify opportunities to increase organic traffic and content visibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to plan, prioritize, and implement SEO optimizations.
Meet with key stakeholders and business partners to align opportunities and risks, strategic priorities, and share category/site level insights.
Represent SEO for assigned categories and work with partners to ensure SEO metrics are understood and prioritized into overall workstreams.
Track the performance of assigned categories/functions and measure the impact of SEO optimization projects.
Provide data-driven insights for continued improvement.
Stay informed on the latest industry changes with SEO and incorporate new strategies into existing processes.
Requirements:
Prior experience with enterprise level SEO, preferably in a retail/ecommerce environment.
Proven track record of successfully advocating for SEO, prioritizing work in a highly matrixed environment, and measuring the impact of optimizations.
Deep experience with SEO industry accepted best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and identify insights.
Experience with enterprise level SEO tools, such as Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, Brightedge, etc.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $30.00 to $37.50 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Program Details
Internship will be approximately 3-4 months (May/June -August 2026)
A minimum of 20 hours, but more hours can be available if appropriate.
The program includes a collaborative 2-week charrette in July working on a project in Berkely, Ca (travel and lodging will be covered, if needed, during the charrette)
You will be required to work in-person at one of our California offices. Please note, lodging is not covered for anytime outside of the charrette.
What You Will Experience
Produce planning, environmental, engineering, economic, and other technical work products.
Analyze data and contribute to research.
Work with diverse technical teams.
Learn about local planning, environmental, engineering issues, and requirements.
Conduct assignments in the field (i.e., visit project sites).
Participate in public outreach and collaboration.
Collaborate and network with other diverse students in the cohort.
Minimum Qualifications
All candidates must include their cover letter and resume with their application.
Current upper division college/university students or recent graduates are desired. However, all community college, undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate students are welcome to apply.

The Environmental, Engineering, and Planning Internship and Charrette (EEPIC) program is a collaborative effort between seven firms (Ascent, Dudek, ESA, Fehr & Peers, Placeworks, EPS, and Rincon) who are all committed to change through the creation of more opportunities in the environmental, engineering and planning fields for students from underrepresented communities.
Dudek is currently accepting applications for the 2026 Internship Program through February 6th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
Program Details
Internship will be approximately 3-4 months (May/June -August 2026)
A minimum of 20 hours, but more hours can be available if appropriate.
The program includes a collaborative 2-week charrette in July working on a project in Berkely, Ca (travel and lodging will be covered, if needed, during the charrette)
You will be required to work in-person at one of our California offices. Please note, lodging is not covered for anytime outside of the charrette.
What You Will Experience
Produce planning, environmental, engineering, economic, and other technical work products.
Analyze data and contribute to research.
Work with diverse technical teams.
Learn about local planning, environmental, engineering issues, and requirements.
Conduct assignments in the field (i.e., visit project sites).
Participate in public outreach and collaboration.
Collaborate and network with other diverse students in the cohort.
Minimum Qualifications
All candidates must include their cover letter and resume with their application.
Current upper division college/university students or recent graduates are desired. However, all community college, undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate students are welcome to apply.
Experience using Microsoft Office; PowerPoint, Word, Excel desired.

Job Description
EARTHRES, a Division of RESPEC, seeks a Student Engineering Intern-Environmental to support our Pipersville location. This position involves work tasks that support permitting, planning, design, and construction of various engineering projects. Interdisciplinary work with environmental science staff is also anticipated.
Primary activities include:
Provides broad support to the RESPEC Pennsylvania-based engineering team
Conducts field work, and collects data on existing conditions
Assists staff with engineering calculations and reports
Support documentation for new designs (product, software, and test specifications)
Conducts support functions as needed, such as data entry and file management
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in environmental, chemical, mechanical, or civil engineering or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent research and analytical skills
Motivated and positive self-starter able to work independently and in a team
Flexibility and desire to gain experience on a wide variety of technical projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Introductory (or higher) AutoCAD skills preferred
